Bruce - Balancing Flash With Ambient Lighting

In this shot, I used my Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1's in-camera flash and an external flash behind the subject as a slave, in addition to the room's ambient outdoor light, to illuminate the subject and eliminate shadows on the wall 2 feet behind.  It was taken with my 20mm F1.7 lens set at an aperture of F8 for 1/15th of a second.  ISO was set at 100 and white balance was set on automatic.  I think I could have done a little better job of balancing the lighting to illuminate the face.
